Wexford recently joined UBI in the newly opened fourth floor facilities. Initially Wexford provided a wide variety of special events services for families, schools, organizations, and companies. Its business has grown, and it now specializes exclusively in business-related special events. Its clients include corporations, nonprofit organizations, and professional firms.

Wexford provides both on-site and off-site special event services for its clients. Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Handling meetings, product, and other company announcements
• Hosting open houses
• Organizing and running employee/client recognition events, conventions, tradeshows, and exhibits
• Manage training programs, retreats, and holiday or other special occasional functions
  

The company also has a long-term contract to manage and promote the Wexford Conference Center, which is owned by a group of investors, including Mr. Bowman. Wexford promotes using the Wexford Conference Center for clients who cannot host events in their own facilities. The conference center has 75 guest rooms and a variety of meeting, conference, training, and dining rooms. It can accommodate groups of 200 for seated dinners and 350 for receptions. Wexford Event Planners, Inc. is totally responsible for the management of the Wexford Conference Center.

Wexford Conference Center recently completed its first year of operation. Results for the first year exceeded expectations on all measures.
